What started as a discussion learning all about he ins and outs of the scrap metal business turned into a discussion on life lessons, career and family choices and inspiration to get the crew to live their dreams! Jennifer found out about the business at a career fair in college thinking that the interview with her eventual employer DJJ would serve as a great practice interview and it led to the beginning of a successful career!
