Going All In on a Career with Tim Panuska/Sahd Metal Recycling Dumpster Talk

Tim Panuska of ERS is the on-call baler guy at Sahd Metal Recycling. His company repairs balers, shears, shredders and all equipment for the scrap metal industry. Tim shared his upbringing, values, how he got into the business, and his general work ethic with the team. Tim and ERS have always been our on call support as we try to bale anything and everything and he has always been on a call with a quick fix. No job has been too big for Tim and his team, and we were grateful for the opportunity to learn from his simple practical outlook on work and life!
