The Smucker Laser Metal Fabrication team sat down in the dumpster with the guys and gave us a great overview of life on the shop floor at a metals fabrication facility. Kameron, Nevin and Darion shared their career paths, daily routines and life lessons they have learned while serving a multitude of customers. Some of the greatest lessons to come out of the discussion included the wisdom to save while you are young, be patient in building a long lasting career and the timeless truth that the customer is who is to be served, whether large or small. The Smucker team is a cohesive unit that pulls their crews together to get the job done, from customer relations to tig welding, often simultaneously!
