There was no smashing trash in the dumpster as Derek Lehman actually got into the dumpster to talk business advice, and life lessons, and inspire his team with the Sahd Metal Crew. Derek started a Smash My Trash Franchise and is involved in every part of his new business. As he builds out his team he has gone all in on learning, being open to operating outside of the box and networking to leverage customer relationships.
