Good morning class. Thanks for attending our Sahd Metal Recycling classroom. I understand that the day is almost done, but the learning does not have to stop. When you get home, you may visit our website and there we have tons of resources that will allow you to be a part of reduce, reuse, and recycle, and our commitment to sustainability. If you visit our website, you will find the curriculum for JASON. You’ll find ISRI Earth Day curriculum and also the Lancaster County Solid Waste Program offers a lot of great resources for learning as well.
If you’re unable to do that when you get home because you’re so busy outside playing in the yard, you can also attend our Earth Day event, which will be held on April 22nd from 4:30 to 7:00 PM. If you register online, you will receive a free barbecue sandwich dinner. There will be onsite tours with lots of machinery going on. Lots of tours and lots of learning because the learning never stops in this classroom.
